We are searching for a team-oriented individual who thrives in a close-knit team environment focused on delivering top-notch quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee a variety of residential projects with an internal team, requiring expertise in operations and managing projects of various sizes.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial consultations with clients to evaluate project feasibility and gather necessary information for quotations.
  • Preparing project proposals and estimates.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and materials in collaboration with site foremen.
  • Managing project schedules and timelines.
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervising staff and resolving issues.
  • Ensuring accurate information for invoicing and cost tracking.
  • Optimizing business processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Facilitating company expansion with larger projects and increased staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site management or similar construction roles, focusing on residential refurbishments.
  • Hands-on experience in full project lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in written communication to draft professional emails and reports. Strong command of English, familiarity with Google Documents, and tech-savvy skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and staff interactions as a company representative.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management and the construction industry, covering employment, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Valid UK driving license.
