We are looking for a skilled Grid Connection Manager to join our team in the UK:

  • Lead and manage grid connection processes for Elawan's projects in GB.
  • Assess grid connection options considering technical, financial, and regulatory factors.
  • Manage a team of grid consultants for support throughout the process.
  • Communicate with DNOs and stakeholders to secure agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks for timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Coordinate with the Planning and Management Team for successful project development.
  • Build strong relationships with relevant DNOs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in grid connection management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of UK grid connection processes and regulations.
  • Expertise in GB Distribution and Transmission networks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on data-driven opportunities.

Candidates must be located in the UK or legally eligible to work there and be open to frequent domestic travel.
