Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust (NMPAT) is searching for an exceptional vocal educator and animateur to join their Leadership Team in the upcoming academic year. As a music education charity, NMPAT provides musical and artistic opportunities for children and young people in Northamptonshire and Rutland. They work closely with schools, running various ensembles, Saturday Centres, and performance programs engaging with over 50,000 young individuals annually.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Heads of various music departments to lead the teaching team, ensuring the delivery of the National Plan for Music Education. They should possess a strong background in vocal styles and pedagogy, be adept at leading teaching teams, and have a visionary approach to education.

This role involves managing teaching strategies, leading vocal projects, and working with vocal ensembles within the Trust. The salary is competitive and based on qualifications and experience, with additional benefits including a Private Health cash plan and Workplace Pension Scheme.
