We are proud to be an award winning 3rd party logistics service specialising in chilled warehousing.

Offering clients total supply chain solutions by providing an excellent platform for world class clients providing day one for day one picking capabilityand complete coverage of the UK and Ireland via eight strategically located warehouses, providing over 100,000 pallet spaces, with a massive 1.5m cases delivered daily.

Our Haverhill site are now recruiting for a Stock Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Salary:
£23,100 per annum

Working hours:
Days - Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00


The purpose of a Stock Administrator is to provide accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.


Key Duties of a Stock Administrator:

  • Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers
  • Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care
  • Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures
  • Processing returns and inter depot cross documents
  • Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network
  • Processing system transactions to correct stock balances
  • Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database
  • Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets
  • Empty location checks as required on the system
  • Recording and escalating internal and external nonconformances
  • Supporting colleagues throughout the network
  • Providing cover for Goods In desk as required
  • General administration paperwork filing
  • Other duties as reasonably required

  • PC literate and experience in MS Excel
