Your Job
To provide an administrative support function to our legal services team in a busy private client office, in a rapidly expanding company, from our head office on Doddington Road, Lincoln.
Responsibilities:
- To process new instructions on our database with accuracy.
- To assist with the validation of legal documentation received from clients.
- To maintain an expansive storage system accurately, including client retrievals and new cases, as well as in house databases and case management logs.
- Case management to progress new instructions through to completion.
- General administration tasks within the department as required, to include correspondence with clients, maintaining client files, assisting with the production and processing of legal documentation within strict deadlines.
- Highly skilled administrator with an assertive and resilient approach, able to manage sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Efficient and organised, with an ability to work quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate as use of Microsoft Office and internal databases will be required
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Commitment to selfdevelopment and to being part of a growing company
- Some experience in administration is essential.
