Unqualified Support Worker for Children in Educational Setting

Supporting Independence: Assist children in developing essential life skills, fostering independence in daily activities.

Time Management: Manage free time effectively, providing guidance and facilitating activities that enhance the overall well-being of the children.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere for both staff and pupils.

Age Range: KS3, KS4, the odd post-16

Contract Type: Full-time permanent position

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3 pm
Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications Needed:Entry Level Role (no qualifications needed))

Training: Full training provided, including a week-long program with ongoing support.

Opportunities You will be offered a Level 3 teaching assistant qualification if you don't already have one after 6 months. When you complete your teaching assistant course you will receive a pay rise of £2,000.
