Welcome to the Hays Travel family We are excited to announce that we are seeking two Digital Marketing Executives to join our team. These roles will be focusing on email marketing and offer you the opportunity to work on projects that will innovate the way we approach email marketing in the dynamic travel industry.

Your responsibilities will include creating optimized email campaigns for our travel partners, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the CRM and Customer Insights Manager and the email marketing team to enhance our communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CRM and Customer Insights Manager on CRM/email marketing strategy
  • Analyze past campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and address any issues in customer journeys to enhance their experience
  • Develop engaging email campaigns for our suppliers with a focus on optimization

Competencies Required:

  • Prior experience in email marketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented mindset driven by data
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of GDPR and experience handling large amounts of data
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML
  • Basic Adobe PhotoShop/InDesign skills
  • Familiarity with data segmentation techniques
