About the role:

We are looking for an experienced
Care Co-ordinator to join our team at our Blackburn office. You will be responsible for the effective management and supervision of care workers.

You will ensure compliance standards are achieved inline with governing frameworks, supporting the branch manager in the provision of service to clients and colleagues.

This role is integral to ensuring the smooth provision of care so being able to identity and match the right care worker to client and ensuring all of the required detail is available ahead of assignment.


Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in managing up to 1000 hours
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience providing hands on care support
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Experience working with MDT's
  • Experience in taking new referrals and manging assessments
  • Own transportation essential for support with shared on call rota
