We are looking for Finance Coordinator to join our busy team and assist with the provision of accounts payable process and procedure and financial services under-pinning the smooth running of the operational aspects of the business.


Responsibilities

The Finance Co-Ordinator will be responsible for:

  • Timely and accurate processing of purchase ledger invoices.
  • Timely and accurate processing of bi weekly supplier payment run.
  • Timely and accurate processing of utility invoices.
  • Assisting in the management of out of cycle payment process.
  • Assisting in the management of client refunds and owner reimbursements.
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of queries or payment issues.
  • Assisting in the management of contracted works diarised charge process.
  • Liaison with Operations department on any matters arising.

Knowledge, Understanding & Key Skills

  • Highly numerate with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in financial analysis.
  • A good understanding of the property management and factoring industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient knowledge of standard software systems (particularly advanced excel). Previous experience with CPL is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Diligence and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexible working style to adapt to business needs.
  • Analytical reporting capabilities and ability to work with complex spreadsheets and systems.
A high level of customer service is also a key requirement.

Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
