From the outset you will gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial property matters and will manage a full caseload through to completion. The team deal with all aspects of commercial property, from small lock-up shops to large developments, and you will advise clients and discuss their progress, whilst keeping them fully informed about their cases.

Typical responsibilities will include dealing with:

  • Freehold sales and purchases
  • Commercial leases
  • Lease renewals and terminations
  • Easements
  • Property investments
  • Conditional planning contracts
  • Portfolio purchases
