We are proud to be partnering with a public sector organisation to assist in the recruitment for an Administrator for the Revenue and Benefits Team.
Within this role, you will undertake administrative and customer service duties to support the business needs of the team and wider service area.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Maintaining tax and business rate records and updating tax support claims.
- Assisting with the monitoring of cases and the issuing appropriate letters and notices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular).
- Good teamplayer who is prepared to help colleagues where needed.
- Experience of working within Local authority would be advantageous however, not essential.
