Logistics Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our client's team based in Runcorn. The company is a well-established and respected organisation that values efficiency and professionalism.

  • Hourly rate of £11.50
  • Based at the Runcorn site

The Role:

As the Logistics Administrator, you will:

  • Answer phone calls professionally and swiftly, aiming to answer within three rings
  • Manage the Runcorn Group Mailbox
  • Handle all dispatch for the Runcorn site, including creating delivery notes, processing export documentation, and updating despatches
  • Assist with the processing of inbound Littmann stethoscopes and provide cover for Littmann Salesforce cases
  • Arrange collections for Negative Pressure Instruments with CitySprint
  • Update the CitySprint Master Spreadsheet and report any issues
  • Provide support and cover for Negative Pressure, including monitoring work queues and processing daily despatches
  • Perform filing and other duties as required

The ideal Logistics Administrator will:

  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be comfortable using various systems such as CRM Service, ECC & EWM
  • Have experience in handling despatches, including creating delivery notes and processing export documentation
Contract Length - 3 Months

Working Hours - 40 Hours - Monday - Friday
