PE Teacher - January 2023

Are you a Qualified PE Teacher looking for a new challenge for January 2023? This vibrant Secondary school in south Birmingham is looking to add either a male or female PE Teacher to the team to provide additional support within an established Physical EducationDepartment.

This role requires a dynamic PE Teacher who is able to inspire and motivate students to take part in sports and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

As a PE Teacher at this school you will have access to outstanding facilities and excellent resources, allowing you to deliver interesting andvaried lessons.

This role requires a PE Teacher who is confident in their behaviour management and teaching ability.

You will be joining a supportive team of PE Teachers and will receive extensive support from the experienced Head of PE.

This role requires a qualified PE Teacher and I not suitable for an ECT.

Job Role:

  • Providing additional support within the PE Department
  • Teaching Physical Education up to GCSE
  • Emphasizing the importance of wellbeing, nutrition and keeping active
  • Being involved in lunchtime and after school sports clubs
  • Effectively managing behaviours and following all health & safety guidelines
