This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 18 months, or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

This is a warm desk in an already established Tech contract market.

We are hiring this role because there has been large growth of the leadership teams desks, so need an additional 360 consultant to take over part of the desk and develop off the success and make their own.


The Role:
nYou will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes.

This includes:
Candidate identification and interviewsnAdvising and feeding back to candidatesnAttending client meetingsnNew business developmentnMarket mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from thesenLead generation through relationship buildingnCommunicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

What we are looking for:
This is an opportunity for an experience technology recruitment consultant with 18 months or more experience recruiting into technology position

The ideal person will:
Have experience in communicating with people in a professional settingnIdeally you will have 18 months or more of technology recruitment experiencenDriven and motivated to work in a fast paced environmentnYou want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the teamnHave excellent communication and level of professionalism

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge.
