WCF Home Shopping business (home of the brands "Country Collection", "James Meade" and "The Classic Boutique"), located in the picturesque town of Brampton, Cumbria.
You will be expected to deliver first-class customer service when performing your duties, demonstrating a keen willingness to meet and satisfy the needs of our customers.
_ The Role:
_
As part of the role, you will:
- Process customer telephone and postal orders
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Process returns
- Cross sell products
- Adhere to Health & Safety Policies and Safe Systems of Work
- Accurately update data on a computer
- Any other duties as required
Full Time 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (x1 day in week 9.30am - 6.00pm)
**Every third Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm
