Technical Content Creator Opportunity at Quadient

As part of the team reporting to the Design Support Manager, this role involves:

This position offers a hybrid work model based out of our Loughton office.

Your Role in Shaping the Future at Quadient

• Collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and maintain internal and external digital content, including technical guides and customer-facing material.
• Contributing to process enhancement and innovation to ensure informative and engaging content delivery across interactive platforms.
• Monitoring content development needs, addressing gaps, and supporting effective content management and execution.
• Assisting in tasks related to content management and supporting other team members as required.
• Supporting different teams within Quadient with necessary actions and tasks.
• Creating, editing, and managing digital content to provide technical support for Group products.
• Coordinating with external partners and customers when needed.
• Updating digital content for current products through the change management process.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in all responsibilities.

Your Profile as a Successful Candidate

• Strong expertise in Digital Content and Publications.
• Proven experience in creating digital content using various software tools.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems and other similar environments.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards, tools, and formats.
