Alfa Staff are currently looking for experienced HGV 2 / 7.5t drivers to work for a well known distribution client based in the Chepstow area

This role is for on-going and part-time drivers.

  • White Goods deliveries for a wellknown distribution company;
  • You will be delivering to residential properties with a drivers mate;
  • Must be physically fit as heavy lifting will be required;
start time

  • 25 Days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • An extra 5 days holiday per year if you have 0 sick days
  • Will be placed on a rota so some weekend work will be required.
To be successful for this role you must have:

  • 7.5t/HGV 2 licence with a minimum of 6 months previous commercial experience
  • Valid Drivers Qualification Card (CPC);
  • Valid Digital tachograph Card;
  • Understanding of drivers working hours / rest breaks;
  • No more than 6 minor points on licence (No DD/DR/IN/CD/TT accepted)
  • Excellent geographical knowledge
  • Physically fit

Additional job information:

  • Minimum 8 hours pay
  • Full uniform provided
Full training and induction will be carried out on site before working.
