Leaders in aviation charter, we are looking for an Operations Controller to join our Gatwick based team to offer Operations Controller services to a third party airline.

You will perform all functions required to ensure a safe and punctual schedule is delivered across the network, whilst meeting customers' expectations regarding reliability and punctuality.

You will also be responsible for monitoring, pre-empting and reacting to live daily operational occurrences.

Shifts are as follows:
Maintaining a flight watch on all flights during the shift.

  • Monitoring flight plans and slots for all airports on the network.
  • Monitoring weather and NOTAM reports for all relevant destinations.
  • You will have good commercial awareness, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be flexible towards working shift system that can change at short notice due to technical or weather issues.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (including diaries and email) and be able to learn new systems quickly.

Extensive knowledge of ASL flight monitoring systems

  • Experience within a commercial airline operations department
  • Working experience in an OCC role with other airlines
