Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service, assisting with greeting and passenger documentation.
  • Checkin and processing of passenger boarding cards and bag tags.
  • Board and process customers at the boarding gate.
  • Responsible for following strict safety and security regulations
  • Assist customers to ensure a smooth journey through the airport

Required skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A high standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Ability to be able to work varied start and finish times to cover a busy 24 hour operation
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and previous experience of checkin systems advantageous
