Join the team at our well-established Dealership in Newport that is thriving. We are seeking talented individuals to be part of our future success. Working under an experienced franchise Service Leader, you will receive manufacturer training, work in a positive environment, and have ample opportunities to stay busy.

As a competent vehicle technician, you should be able to diagnose and fix system faults, replace components, and ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.

We are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians who have received training at diagnostic or master technician levels in a franchised dealer environment.

A Full UK driver's license and personal tools are essential for this role.

Depending on your expertise, your responsibilities may include:
  • Performing repairs and maintenance, both minor and major, on customer vehicles
  • Conducting significant electrical and engine repair tasks
  • Communicating with customers about necessary repairs
  • Testing customer vehicles post-repair
  • Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools for brand-specific issues
  • Completing Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) to meet and exceed performance indicators


RequirementsRole Requirements:
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Proficiency in workshop systems and equipment
  • Prior experience in a franchise dealer adhering to high-quality standards
  • Track record of meeting productivity targets
  • Collaborative team player focused on customer satisfaction
  • Qualified by experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and support team members
