- Salary: £24,000 per year
- Duration: 6-month contract
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends
- Interview Date: Week commencing 10th June
Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, your role involves working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to maintain high standards across the operation. This includes overseeing the team, outlets, and food preparation to ensure top-notch service for our visitors. You will also focus on enhancing service quality and standards.
You will assist in building a positive work environment, which may involve recruiting, training, and developing team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting financial targets, enhancing customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Are skilled in leadership, goal setting, and providing feedback
- Have experience in budget management and cost control
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
