We are looking for a NMC registered professional with a passion for providing training to join our established internal team.

You will be delivering our engaging training and coaching content for colleagues across our 23 Care Homes including First Aid at Work, Clinical Skills, and our career development programmes.

Orchard Care Homes has been providing care for older people for over 15 years.

Required:

  • NMC registered nurse
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of working within a care environment
  • Experience of clinical and care training
  • Flexible and able to adapt in a fast moving and dynamic workplace

Desirable:

  • Experience with electronic care records
  • Experience with electronic medication administration records
  • Experience delivering Aid at Work, Moving and Positioning, Fire Safety and Health and Safety training
  • A teaching or mentoring qualification e.g., Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent
