An esteemed secondary school in New Milton, rated as GOOD by Ofsted, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teacher of Physics to join their permanent staff starting from September 2024. The school is committed to fostering academic excellence and creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
*Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that inspire and motivate students.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Physics curriculum and contribute to the overall success of the Science department.
*Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support the broader educational experience.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*A degree in Physics or a related subject.
*Proven experience teaching Physics at secondary school level.
*Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Physics.
*Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
*Passionate about teaching and committed to student achievement.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
*Dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
