About the Role

As a Mid-Weight Designer reporting to a Creative Director, you will play a key role in diverse branding projects. From packaging design to digital platforms and brand identity, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and take charge of design outputs. This position also offers a clear path for career advancement to a Senior Designer role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively to develop compelling branding solutions for new and established brands.
  • Participate in conceptualization and design processes.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and potentially oversee junior designers.
  • Manage client communications and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with various projects and clients as required.
  • Ensure adherence to design processes and prepare files correctly for different channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Showcase a strong creative flair and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects.
  • Bring at least 3 years of design experience within a branding agency.
  • Possess solid experience in areas such as packaging design, brand identity, motion design, etc.
  • Preferably, have a grasp of brand strategy elements like positioning, tone of voice, etc.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and accounts is a plus.
