Royal British Legion Club in Crowthorne is looking to hire an experienced part time chef/cook. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment. We serve food four lunchtimes and one evening a week to our members and guests, and provide food for club functions and private parties, including wakes, on an as required basis.


Your duties will include prepping for service, preparing and cooking for both a set bar menu with weekly "specials" for up to 25 covers, and ad hoc Club functions and private parties for up to 50 covers.

You will organise the stock rotation, be responsible for cleaning down of the kitchen after use, and above all adhering to food, and general, health and safety.

You will also be responsible for selecting, ordering, purchasing and collecting all catering related products, all within a budget agreed with the Committee.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to take on and manage their own kitchen.
