A leading, global architecture practice with a great reputation is looking for a Senior Designer to lead in the design of experiential, branded and immersive spaces across many high-profile projects.
This role can be done either as a fixed-term contract (up to 12 months) or as a freelancer.
As a Senior Designer with expertise in branded design and activation, you will be instrumental in defining and refining their design applications across a range of touchpoints.
Responsibilities include:
nLead the development and implementation of the brand strategynEffectively communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholdersnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address design needs and ensure brand consistency across all channelsnStay up to date on industry trends and competitor activitiesnCreate and refine visual elements of branded areas, constructing compelling branded storytellingnDevelop and maintain project guidelines to ensure consistent application across all outputsnBe a mentor to junior designers and provide guidancenOversee the quality of work produced by the design teamnCollaborate with other designers to ensure a unified approach to brand and design projects
Key skills required:
nExperience working as a senior designer on experiential projects with a deep understanding of brand activationnExperience working on large-scale projects in architecture and spatial designnA solid understanding of user behaviour in complex environmentsnExceptional graphic design skills with a focus on information and user-centric designnEffective communication skills, both written and verbalnAbility to present concepts and strategies to stakeholdersnDegree in graphic design, information design, or a related equivalent field
