Monday - Friday (37 hours)
Pay:
£11.28 per hour
This is an ongoing temporary position until March 2023 with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for full time Administration Officers to join the Team at the Leeds District Probate Registry with our client, HMCTS based in Leeds.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Processing probate copy requests
- Must have knowledge or from an admin background
- Entering data onto computer system, use of different online portals
- Able to use and have knowledge of outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft teams, excel, and other online portals
- Must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to multitask
- Linking correspondence to case records
- Scanning documents
What we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to speak confidently within a team
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Ability to deal with challenging/vulnerable customers
- Someone looking for Long-Term temporary employment
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to multitask
- Quick learner
