Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic team on a 6-month basis as a Payroll Administrator.

You will be working alongside the HR team to deliver accurate monthly payroll services and solid administrative support.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous administrative experience, looking to further their skills in an HR/Payroll environment.


The role will include:

  • Process monthly payroll changes as well as inputting new joiners, leavers, contractual changes, overtime, absences etc.
  • Printing and posting employees payslips and relevant documents
  • Responding to all employee salary related enquiries
  • Ensuring the archiving and destruction of employee files in according with GDPR
  • Provide support with the annual benefit renewals process from an administration and payroll perspective
  • Regularly support the HR team where required

We are looking for:

  • High levels of planning, organisation, and prioritisation
  • Highly numerate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Advanced Excel skills (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience in Payroll (desirable but not essential)
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, but is not essential

Details:

Title:
Payroll Administrator

Temporary:6 months - paid weekly via a timesheet, and holiday accrued weekly

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Salary:
£13 - £15 phr

Theale, Berkshire - onsite parking available
