  • Nighttime industry experience is preferred but not essential

Job requirements:

  • Patrolling areas to ensure the safety of the site, staff, customers and your team members
  • Reporting any health and safety issues to the relevant persons on site along with your area manager
  • Providing the best customer service to all customers on site by acting in a professional and friendly manner
  • Writing detailed reports if any issues arise and following company procedure while doing so
  • When required, deescalate, escort or restrain where necessary
  • To understand and be able to follow company policies and procedures
  • You must be able to use the radio's provided and be able to communicate effectively
  • Be able to make decisions quickly
  • Have Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Have knowledge of licensing laws and regulations
  • Be confident searching people's person's and property
  • Be able to deal with emergency situations
  • Supervise people as they leave the venue
  • Cooperate effectively with the police, first aiders, local authorities, and management
  • Attend briefs and debriefs
  • Attend necessary or related training.
