Civil Engineering Site Manager

Type:
Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Site Manager to ensure our client's projects are delivered safely, within budget, and to agreed standards.

This role involves managing plant, labour, and materials on site, as well as building positive relationships with client construction teams.

Arrange adequate resources for project delivery, safety, and standards of work.
Oversee site management, ensuring adherence to agreed programs, quality, and building regulations.
Manage effective communication between site and office.
Implement commercial strategies and liaise with the Commercial team.
Minimum 3 years' experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
Building-related competency/Project Management Certificate is desirable.
SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor certifications.
Ability to write short- and long-term programs and produce RAMS.
Proficiency with tablets/computers and Microsoft products.
Valid driving license.
