About the Role:


This role will manage the day to day running of a new partnership project based at Northolt High School for young people aged years old with a focus on those that face disadvantage.

You will plan, and deliver a wide range of activities for young people based in the school including sports, youth clubs, mentoring, 121 work, and workshops.

You will also work closely with our partners to ensure a joined up approach to delivery.

He/she will ensure a high level of quality and impact whilst adhering to budgetary limitations, and business processes.

About You


We are looking for a passionate, organised, and aspirational youth worker who is looking to enhance, sustain and develop what we offer to young people living in London.

will also hold a minimum level 2 qualification in Youth related studies.


You will also have a proven track record of setting up and delivering funded projects from beginning to end ensuring the best outcomes are achieved for young people.
