The Sales Enablement Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective graphics, presentations, and visual assets to support the sales team in their efforts to drive engagement and communicate key messages to clients and prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field, or evidence of similar skills and experiences.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work relevant to sales and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfdirecting, able to operate independently, high impactwork ethic.

- Design visually appealing sales materials: Create highquality graphics, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets that effectively communicate key sales messages and value propositions.
- Support content creation: Collaborate with the sales enablement team to design and enhance sales collateral, training materials, and clientfacing presentations.
- Develop engaging and interactive elearning modules and videos.
- Create and maintain a visual style guide for sales enablement content.
- Brand consistency: Ensure that all sales materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Visual storytelling: Use design to visually tell compelling stories that resonate with the target audience and support the sales team's objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams: Work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions to support their initiatives.
- Manage design projects: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, working in some cases with external vendors.
- Quality assurance: Ensure that all design materials are of high quality, errorfree, and optimized for various platforms and mediums.
- Stay updated on design trends: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the visual impact of sales materials.
