Based in Lostock, Bolton this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver to join our Machine Shop Team.


Your New Role:
You will join a friendly team where 80% of your day will be spent operating the FLT with the other 20% being manual handling and dealing with deliveries

Main duties include:

  • Driving and operating the FLT
  • Moving of materials and unusual loads around the factory floor
  • Checking loads are secure
  • Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Following written instructions and keeping records

Key Requirements:

  • Must hold an indate FLT License
  • Previous FLT is essential
  • Require experience in dealing with unusual loads (other than pallets)
  • Must be confident in moving 2800 x tonne) of unpalletized stacks of wood

Contract:
Full Time (40 hours per week) - Permanent
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekly rotating shift patterns:
  • Shift A 06:00 14:15 (Days)
  • Shift B 14:00 22:00 (Evenings)

Job Types:
