Caseworker

Salary:
£24,900 per annum (pro-rata)

Part-time position

Based in Sunderland -Regular travel required across the regions so full licence & access to own vehicle is desirable


If successful you will be responsible for delivering 1-2-1 tailored support to a caseload of individuals serving community orders & post release Licenses, assessing Health & Safety risks, managing interventions and supporting their recovery through mentoring,motivation & managing potential dependency & recovery needs.

**What are we looking for?

  • Managing a caseload; includinglow, medium & high levels of need
  • Delivery of 121 / group interventions & skills training
  • Provide support, advice and guidance through the full lifecycle
  • Carrying out initial assessment, action planning, reviewing progress & engaging community services
  • Deliver in a variety of venues including Ingeus community venues, Probation Offices & Police stations
  • Work alongside integrated specialist support partners to achieve successful outcome
**To be successful you will you will require;

  • Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
  • Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
