Mandarin speaking Bridging Finance Underwriter - Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lending process from application to drawdown, overseeing underwriting and due diligence
  • Review and evaluate new lending requests for bridging loans
  • Create detailed credit proposals for Credit Committee review
  • Prepare offer documentation and ensure compliance with loan conditions during drawdown
  • Underwrite and approve loans according to established criteria
  • Handle inquiries from brokers regarding ongoing cases; manage customer expectations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to efficiently oversee the lending process
  • Candidates must have relevant experience in the Bridging and/or Development Finance sector and prior Underwriting Mandate

Mandarin speaking Bridging Finance Underwriter - Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Capacity to structure transactions based on market sector, asset, and security
  • Effective planning, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and creative thinking skills
  • Willingness to contribute to an innovative and dynamic company
