Rates go up to £16 per hour based on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a safe and positive experience for all guests
  • Liaising with venue management
  • Accurate incident reporting
  • Ensuring Covid compliance
  • Adhering to venue security protocols

The Head Door Supervisor role involves overseeing the security team, monitoring venue targets, supporting team development, and ensuring security plans are followed.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who takes pride in their appearance and maintains impeccable personal presentation
  • A personable individual who excels in customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations, from disputes to ejections
  • Displays maturity and sound decision-making under pressure

Applicants must provide a 5-year work/education history and references when required.

A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence is necessary for this position.
