Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for a confident, capable, and self-motivated
Project Co-ordinator to join a fantastic team and company, just north of Cambridge city centre.

You will be supporting the Project Manager with a variety of tasks, where you will maintain a high standard of administrative support, and communication, with clients and other project stakeholders.


Duties & Responsibilities of the Project Co-ordinator: -

  • Maintenance of project data and files
  • Allocating project tasks, monitoring, and reporting on progress, and chasing for updates where necessary
  • Responding to client requests for information
  • Raising requisitions for purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
  • Preparing work packs for engineers
  • Assisting the Project Manager with the tracking of project finances
  • Requesting and tracking notices and permits.
  • Preparation of underground statutory plans (stats) packs
  • Coordination of production of sampling reports
