The Opportunity:


Work with a diverse age group, from curious 4-month-olds to energetic 4-year-olds, and guide them on their exciting learning journeys as a Nursery Assistant.

We welcome both qualified (up to Level 3) and enthusiastic, unqualified candidates who share our passion for early years education.

Enjoy an easy commute with our nursery situated close to Southampton Train Station and Town Centre.

We offer a flexible schedule of 32-40 hours per week, with mornings and afternoons covered across Monday to Wednesday, with the option to choose Thursdays or Fridays for your longer shift.

You genuinely love spending time with kids and have a knack for making them smile and learn.
