Events Supervisor to join the team of a glamorous 200 cover restaurant with a fully stocked cocktail bar. In addition, we have three event and party rooms, the largest accommodating up to 250 people.


Part of Elle R Leisure Group who is a true independent multi concept operator, who have been trailblazers for the last 20 years and are still progressing and expanding the Greater Manchester hospitality industry and beyond.

We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry. You should be motivated by client satisfaction and enjoy the challenge of organising weddings and events.

What will you get up to?

  • You'll be supporting the events management team in the day to day running of events, setting up rooms for events: ironing linen, dressing tables and the room to the clients spec, delegating to staff where necessary, ensuring things are finished to a high standard
  • Supervising food and bar services, ensuring all is correct as per the banquet order, whilst also assisting with service as necessary
  • Acting as a 2nd point of contact for clients and organisers on the day, in any absence of the management
  • Ensuring the event spaces is always maintained and presented to the highest standard (clean, prepared, organised and ready for service/client show arounds)
