We are on the lookout for experienced IVA Drafters who are looking to build a long-term career within a growing and finically well backed client.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary starting up to £30,000 working Monday to Friday.


Our client is a highly ambitious and forward-thinking company where the Directors have been within the financial Services sector for over 30 years.

This position within the company will give you clear opportunity to progress to senior levels due to currentgrowth and success of the business.


Duties for the IVA Drafter

  • SIP 3 advice and fact find call with client
  • Liaising with client to obtain return of the proposal as soon as possible
  • Managing the bank change process with the client if needed
  • This is really east with the system.
  • Draft proposal for approval by IP and Client
  • Knowledge of Voting houses and how they may look at the case to ensure all info is done correctly

Skills required for the IVA Drafter

  • Experience within the Insolvency sector desirable not essential
  • A genuine desire to succeed and to be part of a winning culture
  • A positive attitude and a cando approach
  • A Mindset that is based on helping the clients to achieve the best result
  • The desire to build a career and grow with the company.
