The Opportunity
Naturewall has grown considerably over the last four years and is now looking to build a world class customer experience team.
We are now looking for an experienced proactive individual, from a customer service background, who is results driven, and has a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Working towards realistic KPIs and SLAs and driving and motivating the team to work efficiently.
- Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally,
- To reply to live chat messages via Zendesk and track enquiries within the agreed timeframe.
- Display a keen aptitude for problemsolving allowing for swift and innovative resolution of customer concerns, enhancing their overall experience.
- Processing orders, returns & exchanges within our order management systems.
- Feedback complaints and praise to relevant departments and creating weekly and monthly reports to share with the business.
- To perform after sales calls to drive sales and to develop customer relations.
- To work cross department to ensure clarity on order/delivery requests.
- To represent the business professionally in relation to all other incoming calls or visitors.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years sales and or customer service experience.
- Experience in achieving targets/KPI's.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive and a cando attitude with a solution led mindset.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve while working quickly and accurately.
