outreach and Support living services in into Surrey and Sussex.


We are therefore seeking Fulltime and Part-Time
Team Leaders to us in created person centred services for Adults 16 years old and older who require support to continue living in the community.


You will be joining a team of professional workers, in providing high quality personalized care for young people who are leaving care and those people who may exhibit significant levels of challenging behaviour due to Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health issues or struggling with substance misuse.


Your key responsiblilies will be:

  • To assist and support the Manager in delivering high quality care to young people within our service.
  • The Team Leader will be expected to ensure that the staff team, through focusing on the development of key life skills, the use of positive relationships, adherence to agreed development plans and behavior management strategies will help people to have enriching and rewarding life experiences.
  • You will take part in conducting risk assessments and support planning.
  • You will support in managing the day to day operation of the team; and will be expected to resolve issues that arise on shift as part of their responsibilities and justify any actions they have taken to achieve a resolution.
  • You will act as a good role model, providing open and honest support to both the Support Workers and Management.
  • The Team Leader will Plan staff rota's and lead the shift effectively, delegating tasks to staff to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently, whilst also taking a fair share of the tasks required.
  • You will be expected to drive across our services and support the team accordingly.

  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
