Job Description - Contracts Administrator

Want to be part of this? We're currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our Electrical team.
What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to assist with successful delivery of contracts, for both reactive and planned works in a deadline and process driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all contracts managed by the Electrical Manager and Team are delivered on time.
- Keep detailed records on the status of works that are being carried out by contractors, produce accurate reports for contractors, and health & safety related works.
- Collaborate with Customer Services by allocating ad hoc repairs to contractors, and to take ownership of customer requests, queries, and schedules.
- To be aware of risks in areas you are accountable, and reporting significant changes to the levels and likelihood of risks identified so required action can be taken.
What you'll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Excellent administration skills, including planning and record keeping.
- Strong IT skills, ideally with knowledge of housing management IPC and Field Services.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and customers.
- A responsive, customerfocused attitude for positive benefits to residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
