We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Service Advisor to join our client's premium brand dealership in Croydon.

You will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the dealership, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide updates on the progress of their vehicle servicing or repair work
  • Create customer invoices and provide explanations of the work carried out on their vehicle
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers
  • Proactively reschedule appointments for future maintenance and servicing
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented accurately in the dealership management system

Requirements:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively, multitask, and meet deadline
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
