What does the role involve?:

As a Business Cash Flow Graduate, you will join our team at Novuna Business Cash Flow.

During the two-year programme, you'll spend time in several key business areas learning the fundamental processes of the operation, including core business functions such as Risk, Sales and Operations, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential future leader within one of our key Business departments.


Our office is based in Telford but we're passionate about hybrid working,
attendance at the Telford office is a minimum of 2 days per month.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Participating in a rotational scheme which introduces you to some of our key functions and stakeholders, forging long-lasting professional relationships
  • Becoming an advocate for Business Cash Flow by gaining a solid understanding of how we operate and how we provide cash flow solutions to businesses across a range of sectors in the UK
  • Identify opportunities for driving efficiency, sharing best practice and being a strong advocate for digitalising the way we work
  • Gaining an insight into noncustomer and customerfacing teams throughout the rotation
In addition to your role above, as part of the Novuna Graduate Programme you will have the opportunity to:

  • Graduate from our industry accredited Aspiring Leaders programme
  • Play an active role within our Corporate Communities, helping to drive engagement, inclusion and belonging
  • Access trained mentors who can help develop your technical skills
  • Meet regularly as a cohort with our CEO, and have contact with other Executive Committee and Senior Leaders in the business
Beyond this, you'll continue to grow your career at Novuna through development conversations with your people leader.

What are we looking for?:

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.

In an ever-evolving environment you will flourish by using your talent for spotting opportunities to make things better.

You'll have the ability to navigate relationships using your interpersonal skills, think creatively, be adaptable and last but certainly not least, have a passion for learning.

  • Starting salary of £30,000, increasing to £32,000 in Year
