This role requires an experienced individual who can manage and oversee all document control activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of documents across the organization.

The successful professional will maintain strong leadership skills.

They will be required to lead and mentor a team of document controllers, providing guidance and support, as well as developing and delivering training programs for staff on document control processes and systems.

They will oversee the maintenance and management of project-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and properly filed.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting regular reports on document status, highlighting any issues and recommending improvements.


Our client requires someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management capabilities, along with exceptional document management skills.
