This is a temporary role until July 2023, Monday to Friday with the service line open between 8.00am to 5.30pm (requiring full cover on a rotabasis), 37.00 hours a week.
This role is paying £11.28 p/hr.The role will be the first point of contact for users of the court services and you will be assisting them with various queries relating to their cases, supporting them with advice regarding online processes or general queries, as well as ensuring cases areprogressing in line with service needs.
Please note you will receive an induction and attend their training academy to allow you full training and support for the role.
The training academy will last around 6-8 weeks, which is fully paid. Except for the first day, the first 2 weeks will be from home.The remaining 4-6 weeks of training will be fully on site and once the client are happy with your capability, the role will be hybrid.
