- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies that will attract new clients to our care homes

- Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
- Organize and attend events and conferences to promote our care homes and build relationships with potential clients and their families
- Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions, to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and keep uptodate with industry trends
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Work with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to create marketing materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance and ROI
