Bartham Press are currently looking for a
Print Estimator and Customer Service to provide exceptional customer support to a variety of customers and this will be a key role within a small team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide estimating, customer support and administration to customers
  • Create accurate and commercially viable quotes within agreed deadlines
  • Experienced in quoting for Digital, Lithographic and Large Format print
  • Liaise with customers to provide information in response to enquiries about print services
  • Process enquiries and orders using company Accura system
  • Liaise with suppliers obtaining best prices, placing orders and ensuring that goods are delivered.
  • Working closely with the management team and all internal departments to develop a high performance of finishing and print to deliver best results and added value.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to the production team.
  • Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.

Requirements when working as an Estimator

  • GCSE in English and Maths (grade C or 4 or above) or equivalent
  • Experience of Accura
    (Essential), Microsoft Offices, Databases
  • Must have previous experience of estimating within the print industry
  • Good administration skills
  • An effective team player and able to work on their own
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language essential)
  • Excellent eye for detail
This role will be full time, permeant contract. 40 hours per week.
