We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Assistant Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
Manage, support, and develop a diverse portfolio of client.
Plan and prioritize client accounts work, establishing scope and budget for each taskDirectly work with clients to strengthen relationships and expand advisory servicesSupport and manage the office team, including work plan allocations and team trainingSupervise team members, ensuring effective communication and providing updates on task progressPrepare and review advisory work, including management accounts, cashflow forecasting, and VAT returnsManage portfolio operations, including timely billing, WIP reviews, and debtor collectionRepresent the firm at networking events to build our local profile and identify new business opportunitiesQualifications and Skills:
ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
Proven experience in an accountancy role, preferably within a practice.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and flexible team player.
Strong client relationship management skills.
